l stamped the chicken on white cardstock. I knew I wanted to have some red with it. I found some polka dotted red  dp.  I took some red cardstock that was fairly close in hue. I did faux barn board with some cream paint. I decopaged the encyclopedia and polka dotted dp to the barn board. I stamped the little heart in the corners. I got to use my new spellbinders gift from my friend Helen. Thank you Helen. I finished it out with lace, buttons and a little ribbon bow. I loved how this turned out.
